Administrative Services

In order to be able to provide all the Medical Services that we do, we have a huge number of support staff who work hard to ensure that the Practice runs smoothly and we are able to keep the quality of services as high as we do. You may never have contact with some of these staff, but they are all there to make the organisation run smoothly. There are too many people to mention here, but they all have a role to play.

Management Committee

The Management Committee is responsible for the day to day running the Practice. The Committee consists of three of the Doctors, one from each of the Health Centres. One of the three Doctors on the Committee is elected to be the Practice Chairman. The Practice Manager also sits on the Committee.

The current management committee members are:

• Rohais representative is Dr Simon Bodkin

• Practice Chairman and Cobo representative is Dr Ian Gee

• St Martins representative is Dr Mike Mc Carthy

Practice Manager

Lynne Mc Lagan is the Practice Manager. She is based at the Rohais Health Centre, and she is responsible for the running and organisation of the Practice. She is happy to discuss any issues that you may have relating to the Practice and she would also welcome any suggestions for possible improvements to the Practice or services we offer. Accounts Department

The Accounts Department is located at the Rohais and they have a separate number from the main surgery (716993). If you have a problems with an account or statement, or if you need some help trying to claim money back from your insurance company, then please contact the accounts department. The staff will be able to offer you help and advice.

Credit Controller

If you are having a problem with paying your bill, then please ring and speak to Wendy Johnson (our Credit Controller). She will be happy to discuss the situation with you and will be able to offer some help or make some suggestions as to how you may be able to get the situation sorted out.
